Alton Abbey is an Anglican, Benedictine Monastery in the beautiful Hampshire village of Beech, just outside Alton. It has been described by Ruth Gledhill of The Times as "the best-kept secret in the Church of England" and "the place to go when you need six weeks holiday but can only spare a day".

Individuals and groups who want to spend a little more time in quiet retreat or talking with a member of the Community are welcome to use the facilities offered in the Guesthouse.
A range of residential and non-residential fees are available, starting from a modest £20 pppn.
